Dr Sim Jingwei is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Neurology, National Neuroscience Institute. Dr Sim completed her Internal Medicine residency under SingHealth in 2021, followed by Neurology senior residency training in 2025.
Dr Sim holds a doctorate from the University of Cambridge, during which she investigated oxygen sensing pathways in cells, and how these regulate metabolism in vivo. She is curious about neurodegenerative disorders, behavioural neurology and medical prognostication. She firmly believes in patient-centred and compassionate care. In addition, she appreciates museums, art and long nature walks.
