About

Dr Guo Xiaoxuan is a Consultant Family Physician and Clinic Director at Punggol Polyclinic. She completed her undergraduate medical degree at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), in 2010. She underwent post-graduate training in Family Medicine under the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and graduated with a Masters of Medicine in Family Medicine from NUS in 2015. She was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians (Singapore) in 2018, and completed her team HMDP in Adolescent Community Health Services in Melbourne, Australia, in 2024.
