Dr Sandra Chen

Dr Sandra Chen Ming Shu is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the National Dental Centre Singapore, specialising in Endodontics. She holds a Master of Dental Surgery (Endodontics) and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, both from the Faculty of Dentistry, National Dental Centre Singapore.

Dr Chen's clinical and research interests include endodontic microsurgery, treatment outcomes, and the patient experience of dental care. Her recent work has been published in the International Endodontic Journal, the Journal of Dental Research and the British Dental Journal, and she has presented at regional and international conferences, including the Asian Pacific Endodontic Confederation and the European Society of Endodontology.

She currently serves as Treasurer of the Society of Endodontists Singapore and sits on several NDCS committees. Her contributions have been recognised with multiple Singapore Health Quality Service Awards.

Dr Chen is committed to strengthening care delivery through service development, quality improvement, and clinical leadership, and to mentoring the next generation of dentists.
