Dr Lim Chee Yeong is a Senior Consultant and the Head of the Department of Musculoskeletal Radiology at Singapore General Hospital.
He obtained his MBBS and MMed (Diagnostic Radiology) from the National University of Singapore, FRCR from the Royal College of Radiologists (UK), and MHPE from Maastricht University (Netherlands). After his specialist training, he completed an HMDP-awarded advanced MRI fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York.
An active academic, Dr Lim has published widely and presented at international conferences. During his term serving as a Programme Director of the SingHealth Diagnostic Radiology Residency Programme (2021–2025), he was instrumental in introducing Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) into the curriculum and led several education-focused research initiatives. Outside work, he is a dedicated community volunteer, avid sports enthusiast, and proud father of three.
Dr Lim’s clinical interests include MRI, sports injuries, spine imaging, and interventional procedures.
