About Doctor

Dr. Wong Jie Jun is an Associate Consultant with the Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore. His clinical interests include interventional cardiology and preventive cardiology, with a specialized focus on coronary artery disease, atherosclerosis, and cholesterol management. His clinical practice encompasses procedures such as coronary angiography, angioplasty, and stent implantation, as well as the management of hypertension and metabolic syndrome. Dr. Wong’s current motivations are to learn new state-of-the-art practices, including precision approaches to cardiovascular health and prevention, and holistic care practices and pathways for interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. In addition to his clinical duties, he serves as a Senior Education Associate at Duke-NUS Medical School and a Clinical Lecturer at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Dr. Wong is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore and holds several professional appointments, including memberships in the American College of Cardiology and the Singapore Medical Association.
