Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub

Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub (FamNex@OTH) is a one-stop wellness hub with community-based health and social services and programmes conveniently co-located to better support families in the region. It will also be a community space for families to interact and connect.

It serves families seeking advice and support in the following areas:

Family planning and preconception health
Maternal health and wellness during and post-pregnancy
Child health and development (0 to 6 years old)
Marriage and Parenting

More About Family Nexus

Family Nexus is a collaboration between the Public Healthcare Clusters, the Families for Life (FFL) Council under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and community-based service providers.

Family Nexus sites under SingHealth include Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub (managed by SingHealth) and Family Nexus@Punggol (managed by SingHealth Polyclinics).
