Ki Seang and his team manage the education and training facilities in Academia and Outram Community Hospital (both located in SGH Campus). These are key training facilities specially-built for healthcare professionals and learners in SingHealth to train and nurture their clinical knowledge and skills. Since joining in 2013, Ki Seang and his team oversees the logistical coordination and AV support for the facilities, which are instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of numerous large-scale local and international healthcare conferences and training events at Academia. When asked what keeps his passion going, Ki Seang replied, "Knowing that what I do will indirectly benefit patient care keeps me going! Contributing to the advancement of healthcare education and training by ensuring the success of the many healthcare events alongside my great team brings me much joy."

Ki Seang also shared how the opportunity to continuously develop his own personal skillsets and seeing its application has made his work very rewarding. He shared, "There are always continuous learning opportunities for me to expand my technical skillsets and knowledge, such as being given the opportunity to set up the AV infrastructure at the newly built Outram Community Hospital. Sometimes, my team and I will also propose new technological solutions to enhance the way training events or workshops are delivered, and seeing these ideas come to fruition give me immense satisfaction."
