As Director of Population Health Division at Ministry of Health, Ms Delia Teo leads strategic initiatives to enhance population health outcomes and strengthen healthcare ecosystems through collaborative partnerships.  Throughout her 15-year tenure at the Ministry of Health, Ms Teo has spearheaded several transformative healthcare programmes, including:

• The development of Healthier SG, working closely with family physicians and healthcare partners

• The launch of Grow Well SG, a cross-ministry collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Social and Family Development

• The implementation of MediShield Life, establishing universal health insurance coverage for Singaporeans

Ms Teo's experience extends to the Prime Minister's Office, where she focused on citizen engagement and stakeholder partnerships, bringing valuable insights to her current role in population health management.  Her leadership continues to shape Singapore's approach to preventive healthcare and community wellness through innovative, partnership-based solutions.
