Mr Noel Cheah

Mr. Noel Cheah brings broad experience from both public and private healthcare sectors. He has held leadership roles in institutions such as National University Hospital where, as COO, he was responsible for administration, operations, and support services. He has also been CEO Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In his current role at AIC, he is focused on strengthening eldercare and community support services. He holds a BA (Hons) from NUS, a Master’s in Defence Studies from UNSW/ADFA, and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Mr. Cheah enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through running and the occasional game of golf.
