Held on 24 May 2021, SingHealth Community Forum 2021 was organised by SingHealth and co-organised by the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). Themed ‘Population Health through Social-Health Integration’, the forum explored how Strengthening Social Service Delivery (S3D) can facilitate social-health integration and promote holistic person-centred care. Mr Desmond Lee, Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration was the Guest-of-Honour.
