*60 minutes' turnaround time on reports for onsite services requested before 4pm for (a) HbA1c, blood; (b) Glucose, capillary; (c) INR, capillary; (d) Dipstix, urine; (e) hCG (Qualitative), urine; (f) Bilirubin, paediatric, plasma; (g) ESR; (h) Full Blood Count; (i) WBC Count / Differential Count; (j) Platelet Count; (k) Haemoglobin; (l) Blood Film report; (m) Dipstick and Microscopic Exam, Urine

†Turnaround time of within 1 week for send-out tests. Hardcopy lab report will be mailed to referring GP via registered mail. In the event of critical / panic results, GPs will be informed directly by lab service provider (SGH)
