Request for Proposal: Provision For Rare Diseases Awareness Campaign 2019

1. KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte Ltd (KKH) is calling this Request for Proposal (RFP) on 04 January 2019. The RFP closing date and time is 01 February 2019, 15:00hr (Singapore Time).

2. Interested vendors shall collect the RFP documents from 04 January 2019 onwards. Details of the collection of RFP documents as follow :-

Collection Timing :-
Monday to Friday (9:00hr to 12:00hr and 14:00hr to 17:00hr)

Vendors are reminded to log in the date and time of RFP collection & submission at the KKH MMD’s reception counter.

4. There is a compulsory site briefing for all interested participant/vendor. Those who fail to attend this site briefing will subject to disqualification from the RFP. Details of the site briefing as follow :-

** RFP briefing registration starts at 9:30hr and briefing will be conducted at 10:00hr sharp.

5. The closing date of this RFP is on 01 February 2019 at 15:00hr sharp. All participant/vendor’s submission is to contain in a sealed envelope. Participant/vendor is require to time stamp on the sealed envelope at KKH MMD reception counter and deposit into the designated Tender Box. All documents must be duly completed and submitted by the closing date. Late submission will be disqualified.
