For the past 16 years, the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) has celebrated these remarkable individuals, recognising acts of kindness, dedication and service excellence that leave lasting impressions on patients and families. Organised by SingHealth, SHQSA has grown from strength to strength as a national platform championing outstanding healthcare service.

Since its inception in 2011, more than 5,000 healthcare professionals have been honoured for their commitment to delivering exceptional care. Each award tells a story, from a reassuring word during a difficult moment to a team effort that transformed a patient's experience. Together, these stories reflect the best of healthcare in Singapore.

Today, SHQSA brings together organisations from the public, private and community care sectors, making it one of the nation's largest celebrations of service excellence. More than recognising achievement, SHQSA inspires healthcare professionals across Singapore to continue raising the bar in patient care.
