National Awards (COVID-19)

Announced at this year’s National Day Rally, individuals who have made exceptional contributions in the fight against COVID-19 and went beyond the call of duty, displaying tremendous courage and dedication, will be recognised with a special national award: the National Awards (COVID-19).

We are proud to share that 1787 staff from the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) have been conferred the awards. Your courage and dedication in caring for the Nation during this unprecedented time has not gone unnoticed.

Under the awards, organisations and groups that made significant impact in Singapore’s fight against the pandemic will receive The President’s Certificate of Commendation (COVID-19). SingHealth, 10 of our institutions and 14 teams involved in the COVID-19 efforts will be recognised with this special honour.
