As a nurse in a COVID-19 Treatment Facility (CTF), my duty is to ensure that daily work processes flow smoothly in the wards and that the working environment is safe for staff, by coordinating with the different departments efficiently and effectively.

Good communication and teamwork are key to effective nursing care. We continue to work towards a common goal of providing compassionate care for the patients under our charge, while ensuring the physical and mental well-being of our fellow nurses.
