Respecting Our Staff

​It is an offence to abuse healthcare workers. We aim to provide you with the best possible care. Tell us if our service falls below expectation.

​Under Section 6 of the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA) 2014

A person can be convicted of a fine not exceeding $5000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both, for using abusive or insulting language on a *public service worker when carrying out his duty.

*healthcare worker is considered a public service worker




Do not abuse our staff. Give us a safe environment to deliver good care. Under Section 6 of the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA) 2014, it is an offence to abuse healthcare workers.


Our patients and staff have a right to privacy. No photography and video recording are allowed.


Staff, patients, visitors and volunteers are not allowed to impose their faith and religion on anyone.
