Rehabilitation Services

Physiotherapy

Through physiotherapy, our patients will be able to restore their strength and movement which has been affected by acute illnesses or injuries, to enable to perform the activities of daily living and regain their function. Our physiotherapists will assess areas such as the patient's joint range of motion, muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular function and performance in daily activities.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists work with patients to restore or maximising as much independence as possible  in their abilities for  daily living. This is achieved via physical remediation, activities adjustments, use of assistive aids and other appropriate interventions.

Activities of daily living assessment and training:

  • Physical strengthening / reconditioning
  • Home and community assessment & recommendation of home modification
  • Prescription of assistive aids

Speech Therapy

Patients experiencing difficulty in their swallowing and communication abilities will undergo speech therapy. Our speech therapists address concerns regarding language, speech, voice, stuttering, swallowing and hearing impairments.
