  • My loved one requires rehabilitation. How can I get him / her admitted to your community hospital?

  • What are the rates and charges like in your community hospitals?
    Once you have been referred by your primary team doctor, our Business Liaison Officer will contact you or your next of kin or caregiver to share the details. Meanwhile, you may refer to the following sites: OCH Rates & Charges or SKCH Rates & Charges to know more.


  • I have received financial counselling by the Business Liaison Officer (BLO). However, I cannot remember the details, can I access it online?
    Yes, once the BLO has contacted you for financial counselling, you will be able to access the details of Care Cost Form via Health Hub. Otherwise, you may contact your BLO to send you the copy via email.


  • How can I request for hardcopy bills?
    As we would like to play our part in environmental sustainability, we hope to reduce paper wastage. However, you can request for your hardcopy bill here.

  • How can I view my bill?
    You can view your bill at the convenience of your fingertips, via Health Buddy or Health Hub app. You may download the apps through the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

  • What are the available modes of payment?
    You may refer here for the accepted modes of payment. You may also refer here for our frequently asked billing enquiries.

  • My loved one is admitted to SKCH / OCH. Why is your staff unable to help me with my enquiry?
    In view of PDPA, we are unable to reveal information over the phone as your identity cannot be verified. When you next visit the patient in the ward, we will be happy to assist you with your queries.

    OCH: Currently, OCH is operating these wards; 7A, 7B, 7C, 8A, 8B, 8C, 9A, 9B, 9C, 10C, 12A and 12B. Hence, any queries pertaining to wards not listed in the above, you may contact SGH @ 6222 3322.

    SKCH: Currently, SKCH is operating these wards; 76, 77, 78, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89. Hence, any queries pertaining to wards not listed in the above, you may contact SKH@6930 5000.
