At work, we all experience those small sparks of inspirations – moments when a simple idea has the potential to ignite into something greater. A passionate group of Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physiotherapists (PTs) took their sparks and brought their ideas to life, turning visions into a reality, with their innovative thinking and teamwork. Read on to discover how their journey unfolded!

What spark this idea of creating an Instagram page and what was the inspiration?
This idea came about over lunch at work while we were talking about funny memes. It was a light bulb moment for us when we realised we could bring this idea into reality, alongside with the support of our bosses, as we aim to connect with the younger generation and encourage them to join our team!

To us, @schrehab isn’t just another Instagram page. We want to share a glimpse of the fun side of our department’s culture with the public, highlighting the various activities we enjoy doing together after work hours.

Through our engaging and lighthearted posts, we aim to inspire work-life balance among our peers and reach out to the next generation of healthcare professionals, showing them that a career in rehabilitation is not just about helping others, but also about enjoying the journey.

What can we look forward to?
Followers can look forward to our AfterHours series, where we continue to learn new skills and hang out after work through various activities. We will also be sharing some of the in-house events organised by our rehabilitation staff. Do keep an eye out for the invitations!
