Through strategic collaborations, we work closely with our partners in the eco-system; community organisations, Government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, private enterprises or start-ups in the healthcare and social sectors etc., with the overall objective of coordinating well-paced, personalised care for our patients across the three institutions at SCH.
