MAD (Move Against Diabetes) Hike 2021

Registration period: 20 September – 20 October 2021
Virtual Hike: 10 – 30 November 2021

One in three Singaporeans can expect to develop diabetes in their lifetime, impairing their quality of life in later years. Diabetes is an invisible disease. It does not appear as a top cause of death, but many heart attacks, strokes, and kidney failures are caused by diabetes. Diabetes also complicates the treatment of many other diseases, including COVID-19.

Regular exercise and eating right can help prevent and manage diabetes. This November, in line with World Diabetes Day on 15 November 2021, rally your colleagues/family/friends and join us in MAD Hike 2021, held virtually amid COVID-19.

Hike from 10-30 November 2021 to raise funds for needy patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Let’s Move Against Diabetes together for a meaningful cause!
