Dr Chang currently works in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery of Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong and honorary clinical Assistant Professor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the otology team with special interest in transcanal endoscopic ear surgery and skull base surgery. As member of the International working group on endoscopic ear surgery (IWGEES) and her fellowship with Professor Daniele Marchioni in Italy, she is a young leader in the developing field of EES in local and international arenas.
