Dr Yong graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree from National University of Singapore. He also trained as a medical officer in the Navy as part of National Service.
He has completed SinghHealth's Radiology Residency as well as the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists and Masters of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) exams. Dr Yong is currently a consultant with the Department of Radiology at Changi General Hospital (CGH).
