Profile

Dr Imran Bin Mohamed Noor is a senior consultant at the Department of Respiratory & Critical Care at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1998 and obtained MRCP (UK) in 2003. He also completed training in respiratory medicine at CGH in 2007.

In 2010, Dr Imran did a fellowship in Western Australia under the Health Management Development Plan (HMPD) and became a fellow with the College of Chest Physicians in the United States of America. He has an in depth training in pleural diseases, including performing pleuroscopy and insertion of indwelling pleural catheter.

Since returning, Dr Imran has established a Pleural Service and in 2012, received specialist accreditation as an intensive care specialist. He now divides his practice between respiratory medicine and intensive care.
