Dr Dinesh Shree Kumar is the currently a senior consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery as well as director for the Spine Surgery Service at Changi General Hospital (CGH), the latter of which is part of the Integrated Spinal Service consisting of both neurosurgeons and orthopaedic surgeons.

Dr Kumar interests includes minimally invasive spine surgery with computer navigation and he introduced the o-arm with stealth station navigation in CGH.
