For most of her 20-year stint at Changi General Hospital (CGH), Wai Ling has been a silent force behind the scenes to improve payment processes, ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner and expenses are accounted for accurately.
At the same time, she never forgot her responsibility as a member of the healthcare industry. During the SARS outbreak in 2003 as well as the COVID-19 pandemic, she stepped up to support temperature screening duties for patients and visitors to CGH.
