​Registration Details

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful registrants will be notified via email with more information.

  • You will receive a system-generated email upon successful sign-up and the secretariat will follow up with you within seven to ten working days to confirm your seat and payment.

  • Please be reminded to inform and seek the necessary approvals before registering.

NOTE: For SingHealth staff, please ensure that you submit the training request form to your respective HR departments for approval before sending in your registration.


PDPA Notices

    • By providing the information for registration, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of registration and other conference-related matters by Singapore Health Services
    • In line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), please note that we have updated our SingHealth Data Protection Policy, a copy of which is available at Hard copies are also available on request.

    Withdrawal Policy

    Any withdrawal notice must be given in writing to SCH Office of Learning (, with reason for withdrawal clearly stated.

    Refund Policy (based on date of submitted withdrawal notice)​ ​
    ​% of refundIf withdrawal notice is submitted:​
    ​0% of paid fees
    • After class start date
    • On or less than 21 days before class start date
    ​50% of paid fees
    • ​On or less than 45 days before class start date

    Please note that administrative and bank charges will be borne by the participant in the event of a refund.

    Participants who fail to complete at least 75% of the programme for the enrolled course run will be deemed as withdrawn from course. He/she,

    • will not be eligible for any refund; and

    • will not be eligible for funding subsidy for the same programme the second time.


    Deferment applies to a one-time postponement only. It can be granted on a case-by-case basis, subjected to availability of vacancy and SCHOOL’s approval.

    • A non-refundable admin fee of S$75.00 (before GST) applies for deferment arrangement.

    • Applicant needs to re-join the course within one-year if deferment request is approved.

    • If applicant re-enrol the same course after one-year, full fees apply without funding.

    Absence on Day of Course

    If a participant is unable to turn up for the course, he/she needs to supplement reason of absence with a medical certificate. Other reasons will have to be supplemented with official supporting documents.

          Class Cancellation

              SCHOOL reserves the right to cancel or postpone any programme or modules. Applicants will be duly informed and refunded, where applicable.
