Dr. Isao Koshima is Professor and Chief of the International Center for Lymphedema, Hiroshima University Hospital. He was a Senior consultant of National University of Singapore (2009-10),   Professor and Chief of Plastic Surgery, and Vice Director of Tokyo University Hospital (2004-17, 2011-13), Visiting Professor, University of Barcelona (2012-), and presented ASRM Bunck lecture 2014, and ASPS Maliniac lecture 2014.
