Safe creation of bowel anastomosis and troubleshooting stapler-related problems is imperative for surgical residents. The aim of this workshop is to provide a structured curriculum to deepen the surgeons’ fundamental knowledge and principles of gastrointestinal anastomosis through didactic teachings and hands-on porcine tracts simulating human organs.
