Many medical conditions are "silent" in the early stages – you may have the condition but still feel completely well. Regular screening can help you detect medical conditions early, allowing for earlier treatment and management.


Conditions that you can get screened for (if eligible for the subsidised screening):

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Hyperlipidaemia
  • Obesity
  • Colorectal cancer
  • [For females only] Cervical and breast cancers

Week 1: Fitness and Health Assessment at the Active Health Lab (Our Tampines Hub)

In this hour-long session, measure your body composition and learn about your current fitness and health status. Find out what truly matters to you and embark on a self-discovery journey through a small-group health coaching dialogue with our accredited health and wellness coaches.

Weeks 2 to 3: Active Health Online Workshops

Assess how you move using the Active Health Play Mat. Learn how incorporating a variety of movement can help you to stay active and sustain your favourite activities in the long run. Build strength, cardiovascular fitness and power through coach-led exercises.  Learn how to incorporate simple movements and stretches to improve your flexibility.

Week 4 onwards: ActiveSG Programmes

Experience a variety of programmes ranging from free interest groups to paid programmes conducted by qualified fitness instructors at Our Tampines Hub Sport Centre.

Week 12: Fitness and Health Assessment at the Active Health Lab (Our Tampines Hub)

Check on your progress, take time to reflect and set long-term goals for your fitness and health journey.

Weeks 2 to 5: Active Health Workshop at the Active Health Lab (Our Tampines Hub)

Week 2: Health Coaching – Create your health and wellness vision. Explore your strengths and motivations to start or maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

Week 3 to 5: Learn FITT (Frequency, Intensity, Time & Type) principles of Aerobic, Strength and Flexibility exercise specific to your condition. Experience these exercises with and without the use of equipment. Understand the training considerations specific to your condition.

Weeks 6 & 18: Fitness and Health Assessment at the Active Health Lab (Our Tampines Hub)
