Professor Lee Chien Earn
Deputy Group CEO (Regional Health System), SingHealth

As Deputy Group CEO of SingHealth's Regional Health System, Professor Lee Chien Earn is passionate about transforming healthcare delivery in Eastern Singapore. His vision? To help our community Keep Well, Get Well, and Live Well.

Currently spearheading the development of the Eastern General and Community Hospitals, Prof Lee brings extensive leadership experience to this role. He previously served as CEO of Changi General Hospital and held key positions at the Ministry of Health, where he helped shape national healthcare policies and services.

A distinguished academic, Prof Lee holds teaching positions at several prestigious institutions:

  • Clinical Professor at SingHealth Duke-NUS Medicine Academic Clinical Programme and Global Health Institute

  • Adjunct Professor at NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health

  • Adjunct Professor at Singapore University of Technology and Design

His expertise is recognised internationally through his involvement in prominent healthcare committees, including the WHO Collaborating Centre for Patient Safety and the Joint Commission International Standards Advisory Panel.

Prof Lee has also contributed significantly to healthcare literature, co-editing "Singapore's Health Care System: What 50 Years Have Achieved" (2015) and authoring a chapter in the Oxford Textbook of Global Public Health (6th edition).
