*You will need to fast for at least 8 hours before the time of your screening.
Who can sign up
You are eligible for health screening if you are a Singaporean aged 40 years and above, with no known chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol) and have not undergone any health screening for these conditions in the past 3 years.
You are residing in any of these constituencies:
- Henderson – Dawson
- Kreta Ayer – Kim Seng
- Radin Mas
- Mountbatten
- Tanjong Pagar – Tiong Bahru
- West Coast (Telok Blangah)
Results Collection and Follow Up
You can collect your results 2 weeks after the screening date at the screening venue. The collection details will be made known to you when you attend the screening. Please bring along your NRIC/passport for verification.
Residents with suboptimal results are encouraged to attend three lifestyle coaching sessions held every two weeks at the
SingHealth
Community Health Posts. Each session lasts about 1 to 2 hours and includes:
- Weight management counselling
- Smoking cessation counselling
- Dietary counselling
- Health coaching for behavioral and lifestyle modifications
- Health education and health advice
Residents who require further medical treatment may also be referred to primary care providers for follow up.
