Weeks 2 to 3: Active Health Online Workshops
Assess how you move using the Active Health Play Mat. Learn how incorporating a variety of movement can help you to stay active and sustain your favourite activities in the long run.
Build strength, cardiovascular fitness and power through coach-led exercises. Learn how to incorporate simple movements and stretches to improve your flexibility.
Week 4 onwards: ActiveSG Programmes
Experience a variety of programmes ranging from free interest groups to paid programmes conducted by qualified fitness instructors at Our Tampines Hub Sport Centre.
Week 12: Fitness and Health Assessment at the Active Health Lab (Our Tampines Hub)
Check on your progress, take time to reflect and set long-term goals for your fitness and health journey.
