The GPFirst programme is open to all residents living in Singapore, including PRs and foreigners.
This programme is only applicable at the Changi General Hospital (CGH), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), National University Hospital (NUH) (Adult ED only), Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH), Sengkang General Hospital (SKH), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) Emergency Departments (ED), Woodlands Health, Alexandra Hospital Urgent Care Centre (AH UCC) and Urgent Care Centre (UCC) @ Admiralty.
This programme is available at the participating GP clinics within the regions of the above-mentioned participating hospitals.

For GPFirst Programme to be valid, the original referral form must be fully completed and produced together with the NRIC/passport/work permit/foreigner pass, at the point of registration at the respective hospital’s ED or UCC.
The referral date, referral time and clinic stamp must be clearly indicated on the original GPFirst Referral Form.
Patients’ visit to the ED/UCC must be within the same day of the GP's referral or up to 0200hrs of the following day if the form is issued close to midnight (between 10pm to 12am).
Specialised investigations required and/or non-standard medications prescribed at participating hospitals’ ED or UCC will be separately charged.
