Community Nurse Post at Our Tampines Hub

​Parents may often worry about their child’s development, and whether they are "doing the right thing" to manage their child’s health. Our friendly Community Nurses from Changi General Hospital (CGH) are stationed at the Community Nurse Post in Our Tampines Hub to address parents’ queries and concerns.

What can Community Nurses do for you?
Community Nurses are able to provide nursing advice and support in the following areas of children’s health:

  • Growth and nutrition
  • Common childhood illnesses and child safety
  • Oral health e.g. oral care, signs of tooth decay
  • Lifestyle counselling e.g. good habits for eye health

If required, our Community Nurses will refer you to see a doctor or link you to other community care providers, so that you can get the most appropriate care.

Who is suitable for these nursing services?

Our services are designed for:

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents;
  • Children 0 to 6 years old;
  • And who reside in Tampines, Pasir Ris or Bedok

Our services are currently fully subsidised and will be provided at no cost if you are found suitable.

Medical professionals and social service partners in the community can also refer their patients or clients to Community Nursing services.
