The SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is conducting a research study about caregiving.
We aim to understand:
- unmet needs related to caregiving and self-care among older care recipients and older informal caregivers
- barriers that they face in accessing services and support
- their suggestions on specific types of services and service delivery modes that could address these unmet needs
- their attitudes towards technology-enabled caregiving support
We hope that the findings from this study can contribute to an increase in knowledge by healthcare and social service organizations, so that improvements in healthcare and community services can be made to address care gaps experienced by aged care recipients and their aged informal caregivers.
Join the study if you are:
- Aged 60 years old and above
- Either a care recipient (who requires human assistance with at least one basic activity of daily living)
- or a caregiver (caring for a family member/friend who is at least 60 years old)
