Dr Guo Xiaoxuan is a Consultant Family Physician and Clinic Director at Punggol Polyclinic. She completed her MBBS at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), in 2010. She underwent post-graduate training in Family Medicine under the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and obtained the MMed (Fam Med) from NUS in 2015. She was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians (Singapore) in 2018, and completed her team HMDP in Adolescent Community Health Services in Melbourne, Australia, in 2024. She is currently Programme Lead for the Integrated Maternal and Child Wellness Hub at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) and Family Nexus@Punggol, and Deputy Clinical Lead of the Mental Health Workgroup at SHP.
