Profile

Dr Natalie Tan Woon Hui is a senior consultant with the Infectious Disease Service, Department of Paediatrics at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. She is a member of KK Hospital Infection Control Committee (HICC). She was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2009. She received the 2010 Singhealth Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Award for training in Infectious Diseases in Immunocompromised Children in BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada.

She is a national examiner for paediatrics, and a member of the National Postgraduate Year 1 Assessment Committee (Competency Workgroup). She is also a Clinical Core Faculty Member of the Singhealth’s Residency Programme (Paediatrics). She received the Singapore Health Quality Service Star Award in 2015.

Her research interests include Influenza infections, Adenovirus infections, Enterovirus infections, Melioidosis and infections in immunocompromised children.
