Profile

Dr Melonie Kannamma Sriranganathan is a Senior Consultant and the current Head of the Department of Rheumatology at Changi General Hospital (CGH). She graduated from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad in 2004 and completed her post graduate training in the UK.

She gained membership of the Royal College of Physicians (London, UK) in 2010 and attained her Certificate of Completion of Specialist training for rheumatology and general internal medicine in 2014.

Dr. Melonie’s main research interest is in gout. She was a fellow for the 3e initiative on gout, leading to national (UK) and international guidelines. She also enjoys teaching, and is a clinical faculty lecturer for the Yong Loo Ling School of Medicine.
