Profile

Dr Koh is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Dermatology at Changi General Hospital (CGH). After graduation from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2008, he obtained his MRCP (UK) in 2014 and completed his specialist training in dermatology at CGH and National Skin Centre in 2017. He then pursued further subspecialty training in diseases of the hair and scalp at Sinclair Dermatology in Melbourne, Australia in 2020.

Dr Koh is a Physician Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a Fellow of the Chapter of Dermatologists, Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He runs a weekly Hair Clinic in CGH and is a member of the Australasian Hair and Wool Research Society and the American Hair Research Society.

In addition to dermatology, Dr Koh has a keen interest in psychiatry and was awarded the Eli Lily Gold Medal and Book Prize for being the top undergraduate student in psychiatry. He went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health (NUS) in 2019, and co-chairs the multi-disciplinary psychodermatology clinic in CGH.

Dr Koh has also published widely in peer-reviewed medical journals, co-written book chapters, and presented his research work at local and international dermatology meetings. He has a passion for medical education and enjoys sharing his knowledge with his juniors, fellow colleagues and the public
