Dr Shakil Ahmed Chohan completed his postgraduate training in UK and has triple CCT in stroke, geriatrics and internal medicine. After completion of his specialist training, he served as consultant stroke physician at Royal Derby Hospital, UK where he was the clinical lead for Neurovascular (TIA) service. He was involved both in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, was examiner for 3rd and 5th year medical students and was a panel member for recruitment of core medical training.
Dr Chohan then moved to Singapore in December 2014 and is now a senior consultant at Changi General Hospital (CGH).
