Profile
Dr Chai Hui Zhong obtained her medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 2012. She obtained specialist accreditation in Respiratory Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine in 2018 and 2020 respectively. Her subspecialty interests are in Chronic Non-Invasive Ventilation and Weaning, and Pulmonary Physiology and Exercise Testing. She did her fellowship in Assisted Ventilation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto under Professor Roger Goldstein.
Currently, she runs a Multidisciplinary Chronic Ventilation Service at the Singapore General Hospital. She is also Director of the Pulmonary Function Laboratory. Besides her clinical work, she is also actively involved in medical education as Core Faculty for both the Internal Medicine Junior Residency and Respiratory Medicine Senior Residency Programmes.
