Profile

​Dr Ng Wei Yan obtained his Medical Degree from the National University of Singapore in 2010 and completed his Ophthalmology residency training in Singapore. He obtained his post-graduate Ophthalmology qualifications in 2016 and subsequently underwent a further 2 years of advance surgical training. He attained his specialist accreditation in 2020 and is currently pursuing his paediatric ophthalmology subspecialty training at the Singapore National Eye Centre.

His research interest includes retinopathy of prematurity, artificial intelligence and blockchain in healthcare. He has published several papers during his training years.
