Steps to add Dependants:

For Health Buddy app: Approach SingHealth Counter staff and present Caregiver and Dependant's NRIC or Birth Cert. Staff will verify before linking in app.

For Children, please add here.

For Family and Friends, please add here.

Important Note:

Please ensure that your family and friends has added you as the designated caregiver on the Caregiver Access Portal before you proceed.
