Spatialomics is a rapidly developing and diverse field that uses sophisticated analytical techniques together with powerful data analysis algorithms to analyze biological specimens. Researchers can identify what cells are present, where they are positioned within the complex tissue landscape and analyse them at the proteomic, transcripomic or metabolomic level. It is a multidisciplinary approach covering several emerging technologies that when combined are providing powerful novel insights to biomedical questions.
In this symposium, we aim to bring together spatial experts, researchers and scientists, featuring keynote presentations and panel discussions on the current technologies, the applications, and future opportunities to combine the power of the varied approaches and complementary bioinformatics.
