A chatbot has been developed to improve communication with COVID-19 patients while minimising transmission risk in community care facilities.
Available on instant messaging service 'Telegram' in five languages, it provides daily broadcast messages such as reminders, medical information and regular check-ins on the mental well-being of patients.
