Dr Chay Oh Moh is the Campus Director, Education Office and Emeritus Consultant, Respiratory Medicine Service at the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH). She is also the Associate Designated Institutional Official (KKH) of SingHealth Residency. She is a Professor at the Duke-NUS Medical School and the National University of Singapore (NUS) Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, as well as Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She has MBBS and M Med (Paediatrics) from NUS and M Soc (Counseling) from the University of South Australia. She is also a fellow of the College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Academy of Medicine, Singapore and Chapter of Clinician Educator. 

For more than 20 years, Dr Chay has been an outstanding mentor and educator making significant contributions to the professional initiation and development of innumerable medical students and residents in the areas of paediatrics and paediatric respiratory medicine with her teaching, training and mentorship. Dr Chay is instrumental in shaping the education for the next generation of healthcare providers and strongly promotes interprofessional education and learning. In 2010, she was made the ADIO, KKH to spearhead the Paediatric and OG Residency in SingHealth. She has since played a pivotal role in supporting the two Residency programs.
