Effective debriefing is the key to successfully achieving learning outcomes in a simulation session. However, facilitators may encounter difficulties in debriefing due to various factors involving the simulation exercise, learners or instructors.
This interative workshop aims to introduce participants to the various debriefing strategies that can be adopted to tackle these challenges, through the use of active audience participation and discussion.
Learning Objectives:

Demonstrate the use of these strategies in practice using videos.
