In healthcare simulation, many simulation technologists and operations specialists are also involved in teaching clinical skills or providing feedback in scenarios. In this workshop, participants will explore common debriefing models and feedback strategies as well as practise debriefing and giving feedback. Participants are not required to have prior clinical or education experience for this session.
