Mr Justin Kway is trained as a medical/surgical nurse, and currently serves as a clinical instructor who conducts in situ code blue simulation training in general wards. Passionate about developing future nurses through the facilitating and conducting of simulation training, Justin guides new nurses and nursing students in their foundational programme.
